From June 20th 2022 there will be late cancellation fee of £25 which will be payable before booking a new appointment. Minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note that effective immediately all new clients will be required to pay the final treatment price in full before the appointment due to clients not turning up to their scheduled appointments.
Please can ALL of our clients ensure that if a cancellation is necessary we are given a minimum of 24 hours notice - this ensures that we can allocate our appointment slots appropriately to those who need them.
This is not something that we want to implement but due to an increase in late cancellations and non-shows it’s something that we have had to do.
